These terms apply to your use of pageharborcarry.com and purchases from Page Harbor LLC, trading as Page Harbor Carry. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement. Provide accurate information, keep account credentials private and use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, or use another person’s information without permission.

Products and fit

Read the product details and selected option before ordering. Product dimensions are approximate; colors can vary with screen settings and lighting. A screen-inch size is a guide, not a guarantee of laptop fit. Compare your device’s physical measurements with any listed internal dimensions. Props, devices and contents in photographs are not included unless the listing explicitly says otherwise.

Prices and orders

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and any taxes are shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change before an order is placed. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; we may contact you if an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, or a material listing or pricing error requires correction. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled item.

Shipping and returns

We serve the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Processing takes 1–3 business days and standard transit takes 2–7 days. Shipping is free on merchandise subtotals of $59 or more and $6.99 below that threshold. See the Shipping Policy for the complete delivery terms.

Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, subject to our Refund Policy. That page explains return-shipping responsibility, our return address, inspections and refunds.

Content and acceptable use

Our brand identity, original writing and site design are owned by or licensed to Page Harbor LLC. Product images are used for retail presentation. You may use the site for personal shopping; commercial copying or misuse of the content is not permitted without permission.

Responsibility and legal rights

We aim to keep product and store information accurate. If an error affects your purchase, contact us so we can address it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms; the terms shown when you place your order apply to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
